Portfolio Lead in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Project Portfolio Management Manager who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Main duties:

• Analyzes and evaluates benefits and costs for strategic projects
• Provides preparation and consolidation of data for conducting QBR: analysis of actual KPI/OKR performance of the portfolio for the previous quarter and forecast for the next one
• Organizes and facilitates QBR sessions involving Sponsors of projects and heads of directions Develops and maintains an up-to-date project management methodology. Ensures compliance with the standards for the use of the Bank's developed methodology
• Ensures the use of tools within the framework of the methodology adopted by the Bank for the implementation of the project portfolio
• Identifies and assesses risks at the level of the project portfolio, ensuring proactive management of potential problems. Develops strategy to mitigate risks that may impact the overall success of the project portfolio
• Initiates and facilitates project reviews and meetings with Project Sponsors
• Provides regular updates to stakeholders, including executives, on portfolio performance, risk and strategic alignment
• Analyzes key performance indicators to generate portfolio reports projects
• Raises issues for consideration that threaten the success of the portfolio and project
• Organizes trainings/knowledge sharing sessions for project managers and project team members
• Prepares and provides reports/presentations to the Bank's management committees and management bodies, the Chairman of the Bank's Management Board

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 5+ years of experience in managing strategic projects and/or project portfolios
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
