We are looking for an experienced Polygraph Examiner whose mission is to ensure maximum security and trust within our team. Your main goal is to become a reliable filter that excludes unscrupulous individuals from entering the team and prevents any internal risks or information leaks.

Key tasks:

• Screening: screening of candidates and company employees;
• Loyalty control: conducting regular and selective checks of employees for participation in corruption schemes or attempts to transfer confidential data;
• Methodological work: development and implementation of a "candidate security profile" (risk check-list) to optimize the hiring process;
• Analytical activity: formation of detailed expert conclusions based on test results for company management;
• Prevention: ensuring "zero level" of incidents related to fraudulent actions or betrayal of the company's interests.

We expect from you:

• Practical work experience polygraph examiner from 3 years (priority — experience in the corporate sector);
• Fluent command of a polygraph and knowledge of modern research methods;
• Readiness for high intensity of work (up to 5 checks per day);
• Ability to maintain objectivity and uncompromising in security issues;
• Higher education (psychological, medical or legal).
