We are the team of the "Victory and Recovery" Charitable Organization. Our goal is to help the Ukrainian military, as well as Ukrainians who suffered as a result of Russian aggression. The vacancy of a political scientist/journalist for the development of the Charitable Organization in the Victory and Restoration Foundation is an important role in supporting and coordinating the work of the team. We are looking for a person who can help ensure the effective performance of tasks and achieve the goals of the BO. What do we need help with? Providing support in organizational and administrative matters. Interaction with project participants, partners, the public and other interested parties. Attracting new members of the organization, building an effective team and its motivation. Development and improvement — strategy, structure, charter, motivation of participants and members of the BO. Assistance in planning and coordination of work, setting priorities, managing resources and implementing project schedules. Searching for personnel for volunteer and other positions, facilitating their adaptation and willingness to bear responsibility for their activities. Development of social networks, website, etc. Launch and organization of BO projects. You are a great candidate if you have: High level of written and oral communication skills. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work. High level of responsibility and leadership qualities. Ability to self-development and self-realization, long-term cooperation.
