We are looking for qualified personnel as Polish speaking Customer Support Representative, with Fluent Polish and C1 English language skills to help a direct-to-consumer beauty company offering a range of hair care and skincare products that are natural, cruelty-free and environmentally friendly. Additionally, they offer a business opportunity for individuals interested in becoming independent Market Partners and selling hair care/skin care products. You will support distributors with calls on queries such as products, delivery.

Our Customer Support team will handle both B2C and high-level B2B customers.

It is a full-time fully remote position 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00AM to 6:30PM CET, training 3 weeks from 1PM to 10PM CET (US trainers - in English)

You have great opportunity to get:

  • Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
  • Compensation - $1450 for the probation period of 3 months, and $1500 + KPI bonus $100 after;
  • You will receive an extra $150 for passing the training tests;
  • 100% remote job;
  • 20 paid days of vacations, up to 10 paid days sick leaves per year;
  • Training will be provided by the company and the client;
  • Management's attention, support and motivation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to user queries with friendly & timely support via CRM system (email, livechat, calls);
  • Manage users' accounts;
  • Study and apply product knowledge to recommend items based on understanding of the customers’ needs;
  • Forward user feedback to other departments to help prioritizeplatform improvements;
  • Do additional administrative tasks.

Most common questions are: product-related general questions, order and shipping queries, delivery delays, payment and billing questions, as well as assistance with the account. No sales!

For B2B customers there will be questions about: how to became Market Partners, the signup process, compensation plan, training resources, and ongoing support.


You are our perfect candidate if you:

  • Have background / experience as a Customer Support Representative;
  • Have experience with Freshdesk or similar CRMs;
  • Have Fluent Polish language proficiency, and English C1 language proficiency;
  • Can work under pressure and are a detail oriented person;
  • Are proficient in using translation software and other relevant tools;
  • Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as an independent freelancer / self employed;
  • You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
  • Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
