We are looking for PMO Support Administrator to work on-site at the office in Warsaw. You will join a team of 30 persons (continually growing) working globally with onboarding of clinical studies. Our client is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to patients and healthcare professionals in clinical studies. The digital product development and engineering organization consists of many cross-functional teams. They are spread on different locations around the globe, and this is a dynamic environment where you will be a part of a great team delivering innovative digital products.
We are looking for a dedicated Support Administrator to support the manager, ensuring an effective onboarding and offboarding of resources to the team. You will have a key role in the first and last impression and see to that all newcomers and those who leave the team will have the best experience. Due to constant changes and steady addition of new team members you must possess strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues around the globe. The role offers plenty of independent work, a wide range of variation, along with the opportunity to work in an environment that contributes to social benefits.
