What you will do: Planning a portfolio of projects: defining strategic goals, selecting projects that are aimed at achieving these goals, allocating resources among them Monitoring and controlling: tracking the progress of each project within the portfolio, identifying problems and risks, and taking measures to solve them Optimization portfolio resource utilization: efficient use of human/financial resources through prioritization Reporting: preparation of project portfolio status reports for senior management and stakeholders Risk Management: identification, analysis and management of risks/dependencies within the portfolio Requirements Required experience: Knowledge of management methodology of project activities (waterfall, agile practices, scrum, etc.) Experienced user of MS Excel, Power Point, Jira, Power BI Location in Kyiv is mandatory Benefits We offer Experience in a large systemic international business: work for a large international company that creates a diverse and inclusive environment for professional and personal development of employees.
