PMO Analyst in MODUS X

We are currently looking for a PMO Analyst who will contribute to the formation of the company's IT resource management function using modern technologies and approaches, will monitor productivity and workload, and plan staffing. Responsibilities: preparation of analytical reports of talent utilization forecasting; analysis of resource planning data and actual use of working time using Power Query; participation in the budgetary process from the perspective of resource planning (talent planning), actualization of role and driver models, benchmarking; adjustment of reporting and monitoring of indicators reflecting the efficiency of resource use; bench management, organization and holding of management meetings for decision-making on resource management issues, preparation of presentations, summary of meetings, and control of implementation of agreements Skills: Understanding of resource management (for example, working time norms, roles of the IT market) Preferably experience with APQC, Gartner, Computer Economics reviews We offer: Official employment.
