PM Team Lead in OMG Agency

In connection with the scaling of the agency, we are looking for a Project Manager in the direction of SMM, who will deal with tenders and organize the work of projects with level A clients. Work schedule: full-time, hybrid (Mon\Wed\Fri work from the office). We work in a convenient open space office in the center of the capital on Vozdvizhenka. Stages of interviews: a call with a recruiter - a test - an interview with an SMM Lead - an introduction to the COO and CEO. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: - Understand the needs of each client and project and select the appropriate tools to cover them ;—Develop a brand positioning strategy, adjust content plans created by CMMs;—Set up operational activities in projects and optimize them;—Lead the team and organize work so that projects fulfill their KPIs;—Achieve project goals so that these cases are then set as an example to others;—Analyze the results and adjust the action plan accordingly;—Prepare reports and communicate with clients. Be responsible for high client service;—Prepare tenders, organize work by direction;—Maintain documentation and calculate estimates;—Participate in the development of other OMG Agency products. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE:—Experience in working with large and specific clients, in various niches; — Experience in building processes and teams, searching for candidates, implementing KPIs; — Experience in writing strategies, defending tenders; — Experience in resolving conflict situations with clients; — Experience in filming.
