The Player Support Department interacts with game communities and provides developers with user suggestions for improving game functionality.
This position involves a 4-hour day, 5 days a week.
Working hours: from Tuesday to Saturday from 14:00 to 18:30 (GMT+3).

You will
- conduct user verifications and respond to their inquiries through Zendesk;
- maintain appropriate documentation for all stages of GDPR/CCPA procedures;
- monitor the relevance of the GDPR/CCPA macro database and provide feedback to the Information Security Officer.
We expect from you
- knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- effective communication skills and understanding of the principles of communication with clients;
- desire to work in a team;
- time management skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode;
- understanding the peculiarities of service interaction with players.
An understanding of GDPR/CCPA would be an advantage

- knowledge of Zendesk functionality;
- gaming experience.
