YOUR ROLE AS A PLATFORM ENGINEER AT 0X

You'll help ensure our suite of products remains as performant and reliable as possible, automate various critical engineering tasks, and provide a world-class, streamlined internal developer experience. You'll take a data-driven optimization approach; your inclination should be to profile and benchmark existing systems, honing in on the highest impact improvements that should be undertaken. You care deeply about the reliability of your solutions and the productivity gains created for the rest of the engineering team.

This role is vital to the success of 0x as a whole, and it comes with a high degree of ownership. You'll have broad freedom to take appropriate steps to improve our infrastructure. We build on a quickly evolving modern stack and welcome well-reasoned, forward-thinking technology and architectural suggestions.

• The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements. Benefits include:

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or equivalent
• Strong technical background and 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Experience maintaining and scaling Kubernetes-based applications on cloud infrastructure
• AWS experience
• Experience building applications and services with programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, and Go
• Advanced knowledge of modern DevOps practices (e.g., GitOps, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
• Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the 0x mission

PREFERRED

• Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-streaming platforms
• Experience with Okta/SSO
• Experience with Kong
• Experience running and interacting with Ethereum nodes
