Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Plant Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO SPONSOR ANY CANDIDATES OUTSIDE OF THE US. Oversee operations of Plant to ensure safety. Develop plans to help operations run smoothly. Manage ProductionHelp recruit, train, and onboard new employees. Collect and review data to help reduce inefficiencies and waste. Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes. Evaluate factory employees alongside HR and give suggestions for improvement. Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage. Perform routine safety checks on equipment. Qualifications:Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fieldsKnowledge of production tools and equipmentStrong leadership qualities and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead a large team. Multitasking and time management skillsInterpersonal skillsKnowledge of latest safety laws and regulationsDetailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operationsGreat problem-solving abilities.
