BATUKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A PLANNING SPECIALIST : Planning and Information Analysis Sub-Department LOCATION: Kyiv ABOUT THE POSITION: The responsibility of the planning specialist is to process and process commercial statistical information and provide analytical and operational support at the level of category, SKU, client manager of the forecasting department. We are looking for an employee with strong analytical skills, able to learn new things quickly and offer opportunities to improve analytical tools and reports. DUTIES: Consolidation of data and generation of monthly/weekly reportsAdministration of the websiteSupport of the sales planning department (correction of sales history, analysis of available source data, participation in preparing presentations for various forums, etc.).Cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, trade marketing and distribution, brand, finance departments when preparing updates for S&OP meetings.Participation in various projects to improve the process of forecasting and data analysis. Further automation of regular reporting REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Experience in a similar position of 1-2 years Strong mathematical and analytical abilities High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above. Skills for working with a large amount of information, attention to detail.
