Planning & Reporting Analyst in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

We are looking for Planning & Reporting Analyst, who will evaluate Commercial Business Unit (CBU) organizational needs in data analysis and tools with further adaptation for regional users; provide key decision makers with high quality and timely business information from different areas (distribution, adult consumers, brands, trade, competition) contributing to CBU objectives fulfillment.OBJECTIVES:Analyze and interpret data to monitor product and employee’s performance, in order to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatsHelp to plan, summarize and present the results of CBU and regional projects to support CBU management teams within time informationPrepare ad hoc reports on demand; collaborate with other members of the commercial function in the execution of various tasks and projectsDiscover needs and provide CBU organization with reporting or other tools to speedup decision making and resources optimizationREQUIREMENTS:Experience in sales data analysisComputer skills: experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, Power BISoftware with the focus on Excel and Power PointAnalytical thinking and ability to work with complex informationStrong communication, presentation and analytical skillsEnglish: Intermediate, Ukrainian – nativeSkills: learning on the fly, action oriented, composure, decision qualityWhat we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense purpose and an appetite for progress.
