DILA Medical Laboratory invites you to work Economist on planning and accounting of materials

Main tasks positions:

1. Accounting and planning of materials (understanding of production processes, peculiarities of provision of each laboratory).                    
2. Collection of information about reagents and consumables used in the laboratory.                                          
3. Creation in 1C of the nomenclature of reagents and consumables in accordance with the rules, up-to-date filling of 1C directories.                       
4. Control of the process of accounting for reagents and consumables in laboratories.                
5. Calculation of the expiration date of old reagents, the date of receipt of new ones, their ordering and inventory tracking to ensure continuity.                          
6. Conducting monthly accounting of consumption and balances of reagents and consumables, monitoring of critical stock levels, timely replenishment of warehouse stocks to prevent shortages.                               
7. Analysis of costs of reagents and laboratory consumables for different periods of time (week, month, quarter, year...), effective planning of costs for different periods of time taking into account seasonality, growth and other factors.                                                         
8. Formation of the order dispatch schedule, approvals and shipments for each supplier.                 
9. Participation in the inventory of goods and material values ​​in the laboratory.         

Our knowledge and work experience requirements:   

1. Higher economic education

2. Work experience in a similar position from 1 year

3. Confident PC user (internet, word, excel (formulas, summary tables), outlook). Accounting accounting program 1C

Work schedule:Mon-Fri 9.30 — 18.00, hybrid schedule (remotely and in the office)
