Planning and supply manager in Ajax Systems

Main duties:

• Planning and placing orders taking into account lead times for production and delivery, to cover production by 100%.
• Control and assessment of risks in the long-term horizon regarding the supply of materials.
• Execution of KRI's.
• Visualization of your activities, reporting, status and control of planned actions.
• Interaction with the company's divisions with the goal of completing assigned tasks.
• Maintenance of working and reporting documentation.
• Working with claims.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education.
• MS Office, understanding of 1C or SAP.
• Proficiency in English (B1) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of the planning and procurement process.
• Understanding of scenario planning and the importance of assessing risks and opportunities at the short- and long-term level.
• Negotiation skills, presentation skills, ability to influence and to convince.
• Resistance to stress, willingness to complete tasks within set deadlines and the ability to prioritize work.
