Main work tasks:

• Ensuring the accumulation of statistical information for the formation of the transport budget;
Analysis of accumulated statistical information on budget articles, provision of proposals for budget planning;
• Planning and timely replenishment of accounts fuel counterparties, control of actual fuel payment upon closing or prolongation of fuel contracts, control of the return or transfer to a new contract of advance funds;
• Ensuring control of the correctness and timeliness of setting limits on fuel cards by the transport units of branches, according to the approved budget;
• Maintenance of the register of agreed invoices under leasing contracts, control of payments, according to the terms of the contracts.

You are our candidate if:

• Able to accumulate a large array of data, analyze it and provide proposals;
• Have skills in working with accounts payable;
• You have experience in planning and cost control;
  
• Own a PC at the level of a confident user, fluent in Microsoft Excel.
