PL/SQL developer (ODI) in Luxoft

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and support of ETL processes using Oracle tools and technologies.
• Extraction, transformation and loading of data from various sources into data warehouses.

• Collaborate with data architects, analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize ETL workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure integrity, quality and data security throughout the ETL process.
• Resolve issues related to ETL processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data compliance.
• Monitoring ETL tasks and ensuring timely and accurate data loading.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience:
  • For Senior level: 5 + years of ETL development experience.
  • For Regular level: 2+ years of ETL development experience.
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle database technologies, including Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Practical experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) (creation of mappings, scripts , packages, procedures, load plans) from 2 years.
  • Experience with other ETL tools (for example, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi).
  • Deep understanding concepts and methodologies of data warehouses.
  • Experience in data modeling and database design.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization of ETL processes and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Unix scripts /Linux.
