Vacancy: Picker for NETTO warehouse.

Job description: Netto is originally a Danish chain of grocery stores and home products (dishes, household chemicals, etc.). Today it is a European holding that has a wide representation on the territory of Poland.

Responsibilities:

- collection of goods from lower racks and stacking on pallets;

- the employee moves around the warehouse on a forklift (electric truck) on which a pallet is placed;

- according to the application using the system (VOYCE) collects products for supermarkets;

-After collecting the application, the pallet with goods remains in the designated place in the warehouse.

Requirements:

- Men under 26 years;

- Biometric passport or work visa;

- it is possible without work experience and knowledge of the Polish language;

- Ability to work in a team, organization, discipline.

Rate: if the norm is not met, the minimum rate is PLN 28.10. gross per hour, so during the first 2 months of work, then work on a piece-rate basis.

Those who collect more than 175 boxes immediately go to the chord rate.

Payment per chord:

-0.17 money per box - dry cardboard (tea, cereals, flakes, etc.);

-0.15 money per box - cold cardboard (milk, water, yogurts, etc.).

If you collect more than 240 boxes, the rate will be:

-0.173 money for dry cardboard;

-0.153 PLN for cold cardboard.

On average, a person collects 250 boxes per hour. The best result is 347 boxes per hour = PLN 55.52. in an hour

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-10 hours, shifts: 22:00 - 06:00, 06:00 - 14:00.

One week day shift, two weeks night shift.

Additional information: official registration of Umowa zlecenia. The work is permanent, not seasonal. Sanitary book (if not, we do it on the spot, the cost is PLN 155 - it is deducted from the salary in parts).

Forklift management certificate (if not, we do it in one day on the spot, PLN 100 is deducted from the salary in parts).

Housing: 300 PLN. per month from wages. Rooms for 3 people with all necessary amenities, free internet, bed linen.

Common kitchen with dishes for several rooms. The apartment is of the highest standard.

For people with their own housing - no extra payment.

Place of work: DOMASŁAW (15 km from Wrocław).
