Areas of responsibility:

• Mentoring a group of 10-13 students — group and individual work with students, holding personal conversations and goal setting, analysis of student cases, mentoring and support
• Responsibility for the profile direction, coordination of the department of students in the direction and work to achieve the goals of physical development and safety
• Creation and implementation of a comprehensive development program students in the direction of physical development: personal development plans of students in the direction of physical culture, work to achieve set goals, team games, analysis and study of student nutrition, preventive work regarding injuries and work with rehabilitation, preventive work in the direction of bad habits and the development of useful ones, formation of the student regime and safety during the academic year
• Conducting exercises, trainings, competitions and trainings for students
• Conducting training, teaching one's own course in the field (in particular in the fields of student physical screening, BLS, B-con, fire safety, natural disasters and response, self-defense and emergency response dangers)
• Ensuring conditions for the safe life of the cell and implementation of the training program
• Audit and initiation of responsibility for requirements - living conditions, territory, control of availability and organization of replenishment of materials, specialized premises and their condition< /li>
• Control of the provision of materials for the provision of PMD
• Attraction of experts and contractors in accordance with the needs of the program (trainers, lecturers, experts in specialized topics)
• Work on program elements in the cell - preparation and holding of reflections, discussion of books and films, team building, sports blocks, volunteering and other elements of the program
• Methodological work - collections on the exchange of experience in mentoring, development of methodological materials (manuals, safety instructions, trainings and others).
• Nextness: attending the program from the beginning of the day until its end, which includes an intellectual, physical and emotional component, together with the students. Responding to student inquiries.

What is important to us:

• Personal successful results in the direction of physical development and safety; 
• Good physical training and endurance; 
• Knowledge of BLS, self-defense skills (proficiency in martial arts), tactical training or military affairs will be an advantage; 
• Experience of working with young people in youth, charitable or volunteer organizations;
• Understanding the psychology of teenagers and the ability to find a common language with them;
• Practical experience of mentoring or clear understanding of this role;
• Sure organizational and management skills, ability to set priorities and implement ambitious ideas from scratch;
• Readiness for periodic travel in Ukraine and abroad, as well as various work formats;
• It will be an advantage to speak English at the level B1 (Intermediate).
