Job Description
We are looking for a Physical Safety, Occupational Health and Fire Safety Specialist to join our Studio Operations team. Your role will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our offices in Kyiv, Odesa and Warsaw. We want our workspaces to be not only safe, but also pleasant to work in, reflecting Ubisoft's values.
You will work under the guidance of a manager based in Kyiv. Your main location will be in Kyiv, but business trips to offices in Odesa and Warsaw are also possible, if possible. We are looking for a person who loves his work and is ready to do everything possible to create ideal conditions for the work of our teams.
Key responsibilities
Occupational safety and fire safety
- Development of all orders on occupational safety and fire safety (agreed with the Director).
- Organization of the enterprise's activity on occupational safety (OP) and fire safety (PB), including monitoring the existing situation and determining measures for its improvement. according to employees' compliance with the rules for handling equipment and other means, in accordance with the requirements of the OP and PB. health care, for example - medical examinations.
- Work with inspecting state bodies (inspections).
- Conducting internal audits of OP and PB and action plans.
- Participation in the development of standard operating procedures and other documents, plans, instructions and policies related to occupational safety and fire safety.
- Training and briefing of employees on emergency response.
Physical safety
- Management of guards (instructions, schedule, transmission, emergency calls, reports).
- Management of video surveillance systems.
- Management of access control systems.
- Maintenance: ensuring proper operation of physical security equipment (handling maintenance calls as needed).
- Managing visits, special visits, special events, etc.
Requirements< /strong>
- Several years of experience in a similar or comparable HSE/HSE role. (from 3 years old)
- Knowledge of the Law "On Labor Protection", "Civil Protection Codeof Ukraine", resolutions, orders, rules, standards, norms, regulations and other documents on labor protection and fire safety.
- Successful experience of inspections by controlling bodies.
- Knowledge and experience of applying the system of labor and fire regulations safety.
- Knowledge of current legislation in the field of labor law, occupational safety and fire safety.
- Experience in organizing document flow on occupational safety and fire safety.
- Experience of working in state fire supervision bodies or fire department safety will be a plus.
- Critical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
- High standards of work
- Driver's license category not lower than B.
- [Desirable] Fluency in English in orally and in writing.
