We’re just starting out, but our founders have experience helping grow companies to unicorn status.Our dev department is just 2 people at the moment, so you’ll be expected to be flexible as we build up towards a highly functioning team, including getting CI/CD and good project management into place.Philosophically, we want a modest sized team where we can work together and support each other as the company matures. We want us to think like owners, and treat each other like teammates. We want our skills and professionalism to grow at least as fast as the company grows. We believe that life is too short to work with people that aren’t nice.The CTO (me) has a background in simulation and a master’s degree in computer science from the US Air Force.
