If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.We are looking for a Senior/Tech Lead PHP Developer to join our team on a full-time basis.ResponsibilitiesLead the Development of Scalable Services:Design and implement complex solutions for our backend infrastructure using PHP 7.1 and leverage cloud frameworks for optimal scalability.Work with a highly loaded cluster of servers, ensuring performance and reliability.Develop and refine new features for our gaming services, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.Data Management and Integration:Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to establish best practices for managing data across diverse storage solutions, including Aerospike, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite, and Redis.Oversee seamless integration with high-volume message queues (Kafka etc.) handling millions of messages.Leadership and Mentorship:Onboard new developers to the team, providing guidance and support in mastering PHP development and frameworks.Cultivate a collaborative and learning environment, fostering professional development within the team.Lead by example, ensuring adherence to clean code principles and high-quality coding practices.Conduct code reviews, inspect, and approve team members' pull requests, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.Technical Vision and Collaboration:Actively participate in CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.Work closely with other teams within the organization to provide efficient integration with their services.Advocate for new technologies and best practices, keeping the team at the forefront of PHP development.Requirements3+ years of commercial experience in PHP development, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.Demonstrated experience in designing complex solutions using PHP libraries and cloud frameworks.Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, clean code principles, and automated testing methodologies.Extensive experience in SQL, with expertise in database design, query optimization, and indexing.
