Our product IT team is looking for an experienced PHP Developer who enjoys building cool products 🇺🇦 and solving complex problems, tinkering with future features, and who is willing to work on two of our internal products. Products: multi-channel CRM systems with integrated telephony with built-in artificial intelligence to provide support via email, phone calls and online chat. The end users of the product are business owners, management and Customer support agents of the department. Team : We have a lot of cool specialists in our team - PM, full-stack and front-end engineers, MarkUp developer, experienced QA and designer, as well as product marketing team. Requirements What we will do: Develop a scalable distributed telephony management system; Maintain and finalize the integration module with the CRM system; Develop and develop detailed telephony logging and monitoring systems; Influence the product strategy, brainstorm with the team; And many other interesting things that are under NDA. Important and required: Commercial experience with PHP from 2 years; RabbitMQ, Redis, Memcached (experience from 1 year); Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL): indexes, optimization, transactions, etc.; Knowledge of patterns and principles of OOP, SOLID; Experience with REST; Docker; Linux; Git.
