Base salary of PLN 8,000 - PLN 10,000 net on the invoice (B2B) or gross gross in the case of the Mandate Agreement + progressive remuneration (bonus), which may amount up to PLN 13,000. Min. 3 years of experience in creating commercial video content (recordings and post-production), Min. 3 years of experience in creating commercial photographic content (production and post-production), Knowledge of using camera and photographic equipment, including at least basic knowledge of working with constant and flash light and sound recording, Knowledge of the principles of framing and composition, Advanced knowledge of video editing and editing programs (Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve, After Effects), Advanced knowledge of Photoshop / Capture One etc., Ability to write scripts preferred , Creativity and ingenuity, Good work organization, Ability to work in a team and implement tasksrials at a strictly defined time, Readiness to work in hybrid mode - 2 weeks from the office (possibility of remote Fridays) and 1 week remotely.
