Kashalot is a Ukrainian manufacturer of geek goods and gift boxes. We have been working on the Ukrainian market for over 7 years. We independently create products from idea to implementation. Our team is a friendly, fun group of creative people.

This job is for you, if you love movies, series and games and want to create exciting, atmospheric content.

Duties:

1. Photo and video shooting of goods and boxes for the website and social networks. Video editing, video dubbing;
2. Generation of creative content that will capture the attention of fans of movies, series and gamers.
3. < b style="font-weight: 700">Introduction soc. networks Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok. Creating a content plan for Instagram, writing texts, publishing stories and posts. 80% video content, 14 publications per month (1 post and block of 6-10 stories in each). There should be interactives, polls, quizzes in stories, raffles. Video content is duplicated in YouTube, Tiktok, separate content is not created for them.

Requirements:

>>> Hard skills:

1. Professional camera and video shooting skills. Having a portfolio.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop / Lightroom, for photo retouching. Knowledge of editing programs and rules, mixing sound and color in video.
3. Basic knowledge of Figma, because this is where content for Instagram is created.
4. Knowledge of basic principles of graphic design and composition, style.< /li>
5. Text writing experience. Education, literacy, structured presentation of information.

>>> Soft skills:

1. Creative thinking, the ability to generate ideas and present information in an interesting way for the viewer (not just twist the product from different sides). Ability to convey atmosphere through photos and videos.
2. Knowledge of trends, situational response.
3. Knowledge of themes and universes such as: Harry Potter, The Witcher, Lord of the Rings, Friends, Star Wars, Gravity Falls, etc.
4. Ability to work autonomously and responsibly. Complete assigned tasks on time and organize the work process.

Working schedule: 5/2, Sat, Sun - weekend. Working day in the office from 9:30 to 18:30. You can work remotely, but some tasks are performed only from the office or agreed here.
