This is a full-time remote position with schedule overlap with the production teams in both EST and PST time zones.As a Photo Producer, you will be responsible for managing Squareshot's day-to-day photoshoots, assigning tasks to specific talents, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time.TasksProject Planning Collaborate with clients, talents, and the in-house team to define the scope of work and deadline.Develop project timelines and schedules Consider factors like product arrival, shoot dates, and post-production deadlines. Ensure work is completed within the specified timeframes.Allocate resources Identify and assign the team member or the talent to various projects including photographers, assistants, stylists, and equipment, based on project requirements.Budget Management Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses related to photography, props, styling, and post-production. Ensure projects stay within budget constraints and seek approval for any budget revisions when necessary.Communication with the Account Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for the studio. Provide regular updates to the Account Manager on project progress, address any concerns or questions, and manage client expectations.Team Coordination Coordinate and schedule the photography team, including photographers, assistants, stylists, retouchers, and external contractors (talents). Ensure that everyone involved in the project understands their roles and responsibilities.Logistics and Production Oversee the logistics of the photoshoot, including studio bookings, equipment setup, prop sourcing, and product delivery.Problem-solving Handle any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during the photoshoot.Quality Control Maintain quality standards for photography and post-production ensuring that images meet client expectations and project requirements. Review and approve final images or provide feedback for revisions.Post-Production Management Coordinate the post-production process, which may involve retouching, color correction, and image editing. Ensure that post-production tasks are completed within the established timeline.Documentation Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, client notes, etc. Keep records of project expenses and invoices for billing purposes.RequirementsAdvanced level of English.Writing and verbal communication skills are essential.Proven organization and scheduling skills.Previous successful experience managing teams.Value-driven. Identify how Squareshot and inbound clients can receive the best value from each projectAbility to work within predetermined processes and identify when a client needs an out-of-the-box solutionTechnical Proficiency.
