A personnel officer with knowledge of military accounting in Adtelligent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a personnel officer from 3 years
• Practical experience of keeping military records in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and legal acts in the field of personnel administration
• Experience in keeping work books (paper and electronic)
• Experience in creating and maintaining employee identity cards
• Attention to details, responsibility, systematic work
• Location - Odesa (hybrid work format)

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Understanding or practical experience of supporting military accounting at a critical status enterprise
• Knowledge or experience in preparing documents for military service personnel

DUTIES:

• Full management of personnel records of the company
• Formation of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees
• Maintenance, accounting and storage of labor books employees
• Formation and maintenance of personal files and personal cards
• Organization, maintenance and control of military records of conscripts and conscripts
• Support of military records at an enterprise that has the status of critical importance
• Preparation, submission and support of documents for the reservation of employees
• Interaction with the TCC and SP, preparation of the necessary reports and answers to requests
• Control of the relevance of personnel and military accounting data in accordance with the requirements of the law
• Consulting employees on personnel issues
