Responsibilities:

• Assessment of the need for enterprise personnel training
• Organization and conduct of training events
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs
• Evaluation of employees to personnel of the reserve
• Organization and control of personnel reserve training
• Support of corporate culture and social climate
• Participation in other HR projects of the department
• Methodological work ( writing/correcting training programs)
