RedHead Family Corporation is the market leader of children's products and the largest family-type company in Ukraine. The company's business includes the country's largest network of children's stores "Antoshka", and the national distribution of Smarty Family, which exclusively represents the brands of world leaders in the children's goods market. The training and development department of "Antoshka" is looking for a specialist in its team! What you need to do: administer the training portal; organize external and internal training — online and offline, provide technical support to partners during training; create and implement new training projects, as well as maintain the relevance of existing training; conduct trainings, webinars. What we expect from you: fluency in spoken and written language in the Ukrainian language; confident mastery of Microsoft Office programs; we make a lot of different content, so we use different programs. It is important to us that you are able or willing to learn how to use the following programs yourself: video editor (PowerDirector, Adobe Premiere or others), Canva design creation, online whiteboards (WhiteBoard, JamBoard, Miro, Mentimeter, etc.), Kahoot quizzes, Google products (disk , forms, tables, etc.), YouTube Studio video hosting. Well, don’t be afraid of AI (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.); and we also try to be useful to our internal customers, so we expect a high level of service; it will be an advantage if you are not afraid of public speaking (but you can learn this, we checked); the ability to learn , analyze and systematize information are very important skills for a specialist in the training department. You will receive: a hybrid work format (you can work from anywhere in Ukraine, but if necessary, meet with the team in Odesa or at offline events); schedule (Mon- Fri. 9.00-18.00); You will work in a small (in terms of number), but very mature (in terms of the way of working) team; official employment, social guarantees according to the Labor Code (24 calendar days of vacation, sick leave).
