I will tell you more about them later... What will you do: Initiate employees and partners of the company (webinars, classroom trainings, post-training events). Identify training needs. Develop training programs and training materials - presentations, courses, articles, shoot videos. Participate in the organization trainings and educational events. Plan and create a report based on work results. Participate in the development, organization and implementation of other interesting projects related to the development and motivation of personnel.
