Due to ambitious plans, we are expanding and would be happy to have a training specialist in our team. What are the responsibilities?: Development of training materials covering the product range, trademarks, sales techniques and methods, instructions and video instructions for the use of the equipment .Evaluation of the need for training of regional employees: store managers, line staff; Preparation and updating of accompanying materials for training: instructions, presentations, cases, video guides, etc.; Maintaining the relevance and development of the company's knowledge base in SDO; Technical support of system users; Participation in adaptation programs ;Develop, organize and conduct regular training activities in online/offline formats (trainings, meetings, master classes, webinars, educational videos);Conducting tests and systematic evaluation of knowledge;Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of training activities;Compilation of reports on the work performed. Skills we expect from the candidate: Experience working in the medical field and sales, in particular, coaching experience will be a significant advantage; Successful experience in organizing/conducting training events; Creating presentation materials, excellent knowledge of Power Point; Excellent communication skills; Oratory skills, ability to work with the audience; Willingness to travel.
