Requirements:
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with data, systematize information, draw conclusions.
- Experience in coordinating tasks/projects or working in operational processes.
- Communicativeness, the ability to establish interaction between divisions.
- Attention to details, responsibility in meeting deadlines and standards.
- Orientation on high-quality service for the internal customer and corporate values.
- Confident work with Microsoft 365: creating presentations, Excel (analytics and reporting), Word (documentation), Teams, etc.
Responsibilities:
- system configuration, access management, user support;
- downloading mandatory courses, self-study modules and testing;
- control of deadlines, reminders, technical interaction with developers.
- formation of samples, progress control, preparation of reports for management;
- analysis of training quality and suggestions for improvement.
- operational support and coordination of key projects, such as a mentoring program, personnel reserve, etc.
- Participation in implementation and coordination of the Bank's corporate culture development programs.
- Support and popularization of corporate values in all training initiatives.
- Organizational and analytical support of internal loyalty programs, master classes, events for employees.
- Ensuring high quality of internal service and ethical interaction between divisions.
- Formation of positive employee experience through training and communication.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with digital learning systems or similar HR platforms.
- Participation in corporate culture, training, loyalty programs or talent development.
- Understanding banking products and the logic of work of business units.
