Together with the SUPERFOREIGN team, you will:

• Plan training events according to the tasks and responsibilities
• Develop training materials (trainings, mini-trainings, seminars, webinars, workshops)
• Organize training events for line personnel and managers of the entry level according to the schedule and requests
• Conduct on-site mini-trainings in the chain of stores
• Create reports and maintain a database of trained company employees
• Participate in department/department/office projects

• Higher education
• Work experience in a similar position from the 1st year
• Knowledge of programs: PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of management, economics, trade, marketing and psychology
• Knowledge of adult training methods and the ability to work with a group
• Oratory, analytical skills and diplomacy
• Fluent communication in Ukrainian
