  Responsibilities for this position:

  • Conducting webinars and trainings;
  • Developing educational programs;
  • Creating educational materials (e-courses, presentations, tests, reminders, and the like);

  • Reporting on the work performed;
  • Evaluation of the work of sellers according to work standards and their training based on the received evaluation.

  Requirements:

  • Skills for conducting online webinars and audience trainings;
  • Ability to develop an educational event - the theoretical part (training or webinar content) and materials for conducting a presentation event, activity;

  • Ability to work in PowerPoint. It is desirable (but not necessary) to know the basic functions of such programs as Photoshop and illustrator (possibly other programs, such as Figma or the Canva website);
  • Basic work skills with Excel.
