FUNCTIONAL POSITIONS: Building a training system, developing methodology and course programs for employees, including Middle/Top managers; Collection of staff training needs; Analysis of training effectiveness; Preparation of training reports; Drawing up of individual development plans for employees; Administration and support of the annual staff evaluation process (Performance review); Search for training providers (including foreign ones); Interaction with DTEK Academy in the direction of corporate training; Participation in the budgeting process in the direction of personnel training and control over its implementation. REQUIREMENTS: Work experience from 5 years in the direction of personnel training; Experience in the development and implementation of HR projects; Experience in the development of educational materials and conducting educational events (as an additional advantage); Higher education; Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); English - Intermediate +. NECESSARY SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE: Excellent communication skills and time management; Public speaking skills, as well as creation and preparation of presentation materials (preferred); Possession of modern methods of training and staff training.
