Personnel training manager (DTEK Naftogaz) in DTEK

Responsibilities: Building training systems, development of methodology and course programs for employees, including Middle/Top managers; Collection of personnel training needs; Analysis of training effectiveness; Preparation of training reports; Drawing up of individual development plans for employees; Administration and support of the annual personnel evaluation process (Performance review );Search for providers for training (including foreign); Interaction with DTEK Academy in the direction of corporate training; Participation in the budgeting process in the direction of personnel training and control over its implementation.
