Personnel training manager (Contact center) in FinX

We, FinX Company, are looking for a talented and motivated HR Training Manager to join our team. As Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our employees and help them achieve their goals.

What you need to do:

• Conducting trainings and seminars for contact center employees;
• Developing and updating training materials and programs;
• Study of employee needs and skills to support their professional development;
• Tracking and evaluation of learning and training results;
• Ensuring effective communication between the trainer and employees;
• Performing other tasks related to training and staff development.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of a Business Coach for at least 2 years; , preferably in psychology, management or related fields;
• Ability to conduct trainings and seminars on various topics;
• High communication skills and the ability to work with employees at different levels;
• li>Analytical and problem-oriented skills;
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a team;
• Confident command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
