Your tasks:

Development and implementation of educational programs:

• development of new and revision of existing educational programs;

• development of training courses, tests, training videos and other training activities;

• creating informative educational materials;

• transfer of offline educational programs to online format (training/distance course/webinar);

• conducting online and offline trainings, business games, webinars, etc.;

• willingness to visit different parts of our country, up to 50% of work is spent on business trips.

Educational process management:

• planning and organization of educational events;

• information support of educational programs and activities;

• motivation and support of training participants;

• control of educational activities.

Evaluation of the level of knowledge and receiving feedback:

• collection and analysis of feedback questionnaires;

• control of testing after training events;

• monitoring of the effectiveness of training programs, evaluation of the level of ZUN before and after training;

• providing feedback to training participants/supervisors.

Modern vision and innovation:

• implementation of modern concepts and ideas in educational programs;

• studying and implementing the latest approaches in the field of training and development.

What is important to us:

• higher education; additional business education (certification) - will be an advantage;

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• knowledge of teaching methodology and development of educational materials for classroom and online learning;

• experience in developing new educational materials and trainings;

• constant desire for professional self-improvement and development;

• possession of Microsoft Office or Google WorkSpace;

• knowledge of presentation creation tools (PowerPoint or Google Presentation or Canva or others).
