Your functional responsibilities will be:
- Development, organization and conducting of training events in online and offline formats: trainings, practical seminars, conferences, master classes and other forms of training (at the request of the business) for administrative and line positions of stores, employees office;
- Organization and control of the administration of the distance learning system for employees of the retail network, participation in the creation and updating of training materials;
- Collection of feedback and recommendations for improving existing training and assessment programs;
- Reporting on training and personnel evaluation;
- Development of all necessary documentation for implementing changes or updating the training system (Regulations, Procedures, Instructions, etc.).
- Organization of external training and assessment of employees.
Our wishes to candidates:
- Higher education: psychological, pedagogic;
- Availability of a Trainer's certificate, training in Soft-skills (highly desirable);
- Similar work experience in large computers
- PC skills: PowerPoint, Excel, 1C, Web Tutor;
- Owning the latest methods and approaches to training and evaluating personnel in large structured companies, including their systematic approach to development and implementation;
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR procedures (training and evaluation) in the company.
