Working conditions: Work schedule: 5/2 from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from the Central Market metro station; Opportunity for career growth within the company; Educational trainings within the company; Free gym in the office for employees; Willingness to work offline in the office (required); Opportunity to join sports clubs in the company and participate in corporate events competitions. Key tasks: Compile training programs for employees of the office and network of retail outlets; Work with the company's personnel reserve; Make a description of the functional responsibilities of the company's employees; Compile instructions, standards and regulations regarding the work of the company's employees; Maintain a high-quality document flow.
