What you will do: Form training plans for the company's sales personnel; Conduct trainings for sales managers in areas of development of the necessary soft skills; Provide a product training system for personnel ;Manage the training of interns during the trial period;Maintain the appropriate level of knowledge and implementation of Service Standards by the sales staff;Create and maintain the T&D educational and methodological base;Manage the product knowledge of the sales staff through the Electronic University;Conduct management trainings for middle managers (if your experience allows); Implement your own educational projects and programs.
