Requirements: Higher education in psychology, personnel management, sociology (preferred); Confident user of Microsoft Office programs; Experience in interpersonal communication and communication with internal and external clients; Work experience in a similar position (preferred); Desire to learn and train others; Public speaking skills, ability to control an audience; Online communication skills, confident user of Zoom; Competent oral and written Ukrainian language; Willingness to travel. Obov' Responsibilities: Analysis of personnel training needs and trends; Development of training programs for sales personnel, preparation of educational materials and training manuals; Development and management training for line managers, store managers and administrative staff; Creation and implementation of online training; Conducting field trainings; Evaluation of training effectiveness (measurement of achievement of training goals, analysis of training effectiveness).
