Currently, We are looking for a training manager to join the team Requirements: experience in a corporate training format; knowledge of tools, techniques and training methods; well developed organizational skills; the ability to provide constructive and developing feedback; experience in the development of methodological material; highly developed communication skills. Responsibilities: participation in the implementation of the project to create a corporate university; coordination of the work of the corporate university (schedules, participants, results); search for external experts for the corporate university; interaction with course authors (internal and external); organization and conduct of educational events; administration of LMS; creation of methodological material; certifications; coaching of company teams; supervisory support of teams.
