Your future tasks at the workplace at AGTplus: Creating interesting and meaningful training programs for staff development. Developing training materials and instructions that make you want to learn. .Recording and editing of video materials for effective training.Organization and conducting of internal trainings, role-playing games and master classes.Search and involvement of external experts for training events.Control of the implementation of educational programs and their constant updating and improvement.What will help you in the fulfillment of the tasks AGTplus: University degree in psychology, pedagogy, management or other relevant field. Experience in training and development preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others. Organized, responsible and high level self-motivation. The desire to learn and develop in new directions.
