Responsibilities: Development of training materials for new and existing employees; Preparation of a training plan; Creation of presentations for the training of pharmacists and doctors; Organization and conduct of training in accordance with the requirements and standards of the company; Development of systems for evaluating the success of training; Analysis of training results, preparation of reports. Requirements: Work experience from 2 years in a similar position (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or in a retail company); Higher education; Knowledge of the specifics of retail sales, sales standards, customer service; Experience in developing training programs; Ability to motivate employees to learn; Confident user PC.
