Your duties: conducting educational training on various aspects of work, including leadership, communication, efficiency, teamwork, etc.; organization and support of retail network staff training according to the company's standards; contribute to the transformation and improvement of the current system of development and training of store staff; providing post-training support to training participants; participating in the creation of training programs; monitoring staff development and working with weak points; ensuring a high level of customer service.
