Position tasks:

• Conducting online and offline training for experienced Allo company specialists formats;
• The full cycle of training programs: from request and development to implementation, evaluation of results and meeting deadlines;
• Working with managerial and corporate competencies;
• Implementation of the motto: learn when you can! study when you want! learn when it's convenient!

• Work experience in the field of training and personnel development;
• Additional certificates of training programs, psychological programs - will be an advantage;
• Strong methodological base and presentation skills;
• Experience in public speaking and conducting trainings;
• Technical literacy, attention to details;

• Empathy, customer orientation, involvement;
• Readiness for business trips (on average 10-15% of working time, up to 30% during the season).
