WE INVITE A TRAINING MANAGER TO OUR TEAM STAFF

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education (banking, economics, psychology);
• experience of working as a business trainer in the field of sales/finance;
• good knowledge of MS Office;
• ability to work with different groups of personnel and to teach the material clearly and interestingly;
• knowledge of modern effective technologies sales and modern personnel training methods;
• ability to conduct online and offline training events equally well;
• proactivity, communication skills, ability to work in a team.

MAIN DUTIES:

• conducting training events: distance learning, classroom and online trainings, coaching etc.;
• compilation of methodological materials, training courses and tests for new employees, as well as for improving the qualifications of existing employees;
• monitoring the level of knowledge of employees;
• cooperation with the management and other divisions of the company on issues of training and personnel development;
• participation in adaptation programs;
• analyzing trends in the field of personnel training and development, as well as to implement the best practices in their activities.
