Human Resources Manager

Main functional responsibilities:

• Assessment of training and compilation of human resource development vectors;
• Development of training programs, internal standards of the company in accordance with business and development needs;
• Conducting (independent) training of personnel in relevant programs; (internal product training is a priority)
• Conducting evaluation activities. Assessment of learning effectiveness. Participation in internal audit;
• Organization of online training, digitization of the training process;
• Participation in other HR projects of the Company. 400">
• Experience of working as a Training Manager for 2 years:
• Experience of writing training programs and presentations;
• Experience of working with Company standards, writing and implementation;
• Excellent presentation, communication skills. The ability to hold the group's attention.
• Knowledge of modern teaching tools;
• Readiness for business trips to Kyiv and Ukraine. Mobility.
