  The advantage will be:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English from level B1/B2;
  • Successful experience of managing a team of more than 5 people and training from the 1st year will be an advantage;

  Your tasks will be:

  • Compose lecture materials, train and adapt new employees;

    • Execute qualitative and quantitative indicators and monitor team performance;
    • Maintain HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
    • Work with staff engagement and motivation;
